Shipping and Refund Policy

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, by courier. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

We currently fulfill orders received only from addresses in India.

Shipping dates and times:

Orders placed before 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the same day, except for Sundays and public holidays. However, if you place an order after 6:00 PM IST on a weekday (Monday to Friday), the products will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Durations:

We ship purchases via courier from our warehouse located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Depending on your location, please allow for the following delivery times from the date of your order:

Urban areas within India’s metros and central districts: 2-5 business days. This includes cities and towns that are serviced by major courier companies and the Indian postal service.

Rest of India, including non-metro and out of city areas: 5-10 business days. This includes regions that are serviced only by regional courier companies and the Indian Postal Service.

Please note that any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service on the day of delivery.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience a slight delay. Please allow extra time for delivery. We will contact you by email or phone if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order.

COVID-19 disclosure: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays in delivery and no returns on purchases. We are working to minimize these delays and appreciate your patience.

Shipping Instructions

We will inform the courier companies of any special delivery instructions. However, please note that as Yuvadhi Lifestyle uses third-party couriers, we may not have complete control over the level of service provided by the courier company.

It is mandatory to sign for the goods upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please provide an alternative person, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, in the Shipping Instructions. Please note that Yuvadhi Lifestyle is not liable for goods that are signed for by an alternative person.

After delivery, Yuvadhi Lifestyle will not be held responsible for any damages to the goods.

Shipping Rates and Charges

The shipping cost for your order depends on the number of items purchased and the shipping destination. To get an accurate calculation of your shipping charges, add the desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will be automatically updated and displayed in your total order cost.

We provide FREE SHIPPING for all orders above 899/- INR

Occasionally, we may also offer promotional FREE SHIPPING with no minimum purchase requirement.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. To track the progress of your shipment, simply click on the tracking number link provided in the email.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active, even after you have received the shipment confirmation email. Shipments receive updates at various stages between pickup and delivery, and it is not uncommon for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Yuvadhi Lifestyle strives to provide its customers with the best shopping experience. Here are the details of its return and refund policy:

Eligibility for Return

  • A return is possible if there is a problem or manufacturing quality issue with the product, or due to customer change of mind.
  • Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received, unused or unworn, with tags and in the original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted in case of damage caused by negligence during shipping.

Damages and Issues

  • Customers are required to inspect their order upon reception.
  • If the item is defective, damaged or the customer receives the wrong item, they need to contact Yuvadhi Lifestyle immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers can contact Yuvadhi Lifestyle at 950-066-0352 or care@yuvadhi.in to report any damage or issue.

How to Return

  • Customers must contact Yuvadhi Lifestyle at care@yuvadhi.in to start the return process.
  • If the return is accepted, Yuvadhi Lifestyle will send a return shipping label and provide instructions on where to send the package.
  • Customers must print the label and send it to care@yuvadhi.in for defective products. For customer remorse, customers will pay the return shipping charge.
  • There is no restocking fee, and customers will pay the actual cost of return shipping.

Refunds

  • Yuvadhi Lifestyle will inform the customer after validating the return and approve the refund.
  • The original payment method will be automatically reimbursed if approved.
  • Customers will receive their refund in 5 business days after the bank or credit card company completes and posts the refund.

Exchanges

  • Customers can exchange the product if there is a manufacturing quality issue with it.
  • The product must be returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on the customer’s location.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Opened or damaged products cannot be reused.
  • Yuvadhi Lifestyle is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
