The large surface area with a highly porous structure boosts the adsorption quality of the ‘Activated’ Carbon in comparison with regular charcoal. This magnetic property to attract and absorb dirt, toxins, oil and other harmful impurities from the skin makes them an excellent ingredient in cosmetic products.
