French Green Clay is known for its absorbent and purifying properties, commonly used in facial masks and other skincare products.

Materials
- 1/2 Piece Cucumber
- 1 TBSP French Green Clay
Instructions
- Grate half a fresh cucumber and extract its juice through a muslin cloth.
- Take a clean glass or ceramic bowl and add 1 tablespoon of French Green Clay to it.
- Add enough cucumber juice to it andmake a paste.
- Apply a thin layer of the prepared mask on your open pores.
- Make sure to avoid the eye area.
- Leave it on for 15 minutes to dry and then wash it off with tepid water.
- Gently massage your face with an ice cube in a circular motion to promote better blood circulation.
- Repeat this twice a week for the best results.
FRENCH GREEN CLAY BATH FOR SORE MUSCLES & STRESS RELIEF
Materials
- 1-2 Cup Cup French Green Clay
- 2-3 Drops of Essential Oil (As Recomended)
Instructions
- Fill a bath tub or a bucket with warm water.
- Add 2 cups of French green clay in the bathtub or 1 cup in a bucket.
- Let the clay dissolve in the water completely.
- Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to the prepared bath.
- Take a soak in this water until the water turns cold.
- Do this every alternate day if you want to relieve sore muscles, stress and detox overall skin of your body.
FRENCH GREEN CLAY FOR DETOXING HAIR

Materials
- 1 TBSP French Green Clay
- Olive Oil As Required
- 2-3 Essential Oils (Optional)
Instructions
- Mix French Green Clay to the amount of oil that you regularly use on your hair.
- Add 2-3 drops of tea tree oil or any other essential oil of your choice to augment the benefits of French green clay.
- Apply the prepared hair mask on your scalp and the length of your hair.
- Wrap your hair around your head and then wear a shower cap or wrap a warm towel to lock the moisture in.
- Leave it on for 20 minutes.
- Wash it off with tepid water and follow with a natural hair conditioner.
- Try this remedy weekly for a best result.
