Cup French Green Clay

Drops
of Essential Oil (As Recomended)
Instructions
Fill a bath tub or a bucket with warm water.
Add 2 cups of French green clay in the bathtub or 1 cup in a bucket.
Let the clay dissolve in the water completely.
Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to the prepared bath.
Take a soak in this water until the water turns cold.
Do this every alternate day if you want to relieve sore muscles, stress and detox overall skin of your body.
